Be assured that when your customised exercise program is developed, we will take into consideration any medical and lifestyle conditions to best meet your unique health and fitness goals.

Our Principal Trainer is registered at the highest level with Fitness Australia (Advanced Exercise Professional), and is one of only 5% of personal trainers with a Diploma in Fitness or higher.

Having scheduled sessions with FYFS promotes accountability on your part, and assists in developing adherence in the long run to making exercise a regular part of your life.

If you already enjoy an active lifestyle, training with us can help you develop your fitness by exploring options for progress, reviewing short-term and long term goals, and developing specialised exercise programs for sessions in both our studio and anywhere else you would like to train.

You will be challenged and on track towards reaching your fitness gas through our knowledge of various exercises, tools and techniques that can make your workouts both fun an effective.
